Not so good

Absolute disaster. I've been there many times and I regretted it every time, but there are no alternatives. The staff is completely overwhelmed. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the goods that are issued. It takes forever. Everyone is running all over the place, working in groups on the same order, shouting things to each other that are still missing. If someone is assigned as a leader, then that person does not do the job. It should be obvious within seconds who the "conductor" is. Nothing. Some also have a language barrier and they almost don't understand what you're saying. New staff that is at least two price classes more expensive is urgently needed here. At least in the guiding roles. However, everyone is friendly and they are also good at apologizing. But that's not enough.

Ordered 4 times, something was always missing. In any case, always check.

Really chill there. Was there whenever I had a run at the branch. Would go there again and again

The drive-in is of course great, and I also think the order computers are great. However, I don't enjoy being inside the shop. I'm just too old for the noise there ... or you come at breakfast time, then it's quiet :)

Only 1 "hidden" disinfectant dispenser and the toilets closed. Where should you clean your hands, why are the toilets tight? The monitors for the order number from, supi. The best for last, the cheeseburgers were at body temperature (no fever).

Non-carbonated cola and cold fries. Total failure.

In this Mc Donald's, some employees should definitely work on dealing with customers. My companion can only confirm this. My burgers were already cold too. You won't see me here again that soon. Too bad. In other shops, however, it works all the better. :)

Some unfriendly lady with an accent yells at people who want to order. Oh yes and half of it is missing again. Impossible.

Well, you never get everything you order the first time ... You always have to reorder, but this is the case in almost all branches. Eat as you would expect. Child is always happy so half the battle??

Took forever even though nothing was going on. Unfriendly staff. A lot of it was over, even cappuccino wasn't served. Food was fresh and ok, but not back anytime soon.

The branch is by and large okay, The staff is very friendly and the food is delivered quickly, Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for parts of the order to be missing or incorrectly prepared, but in fairness it must also be said that in this case, complaints or complaints are perceived without repeating or discussions, these meals are replaced without hesitation. However, this branch has a clear minus in terms of cleanliness, especially in the current situation with the corona virus, where the operator is responsible for disinfecting the tables, you very often see yourself sitting at a dirty table. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities should also be improved.

Most unfriendly place ever. I was spoken to in gibberish and not even looked at when ordering / paying. Hygiene concept does not seem to exist, since in Covid times the guided tours are totally confused and all people are constantly coming too close. Food was put together sloppily.

The only plus point: the corona regulations are adhered to. Otherwise the shop has slacked off considerably. Eat cold, French fries not well done and unsalted, salad on the burgers mushy and brown, FOUR bad-tempered employees pack ONE order, grumbling at each other audibly. It makes sense that something is missing or incorrectly packed. We (unfortunately) took our food with us. If we had eaten on site, our order would have gone down. We won't come back again.

In short: dirty, bad and unfriendly service! My food was cold! Tables dirty! Garbage on dining benches, chairs and tables! Will not go back! Disinfection of the tables only hesitant.! Hygiene looks different!

Must do the work on the Terminel and it doesn't make it cheaper. Thought the same thing will be disinfected after me. Nothing!

I just want to experience once that they deliver an order as I paid for it. One soon believes that this is part of the business model. Awful. Just terrible!
